Motivating Bodies

April is the month Vogue celebrates the beauty of our bodies… Time to work out and get healthy! I should have given up carbs for lent instead of coffee even though the lack of coffee is a great sacrifice for me! And well I always find the medical studies to be 50:50 as to whether coffee is good or bad for you.  Either way it all about moderation right? If this Vogue USA, SPAIN, and GERMANY spread doesn’t motivate you, I don’t know what will.
